In order to protect our staff, we are currently only offering two days delivery and reduce the amount of travel we are doing to reduce our footprint. . 

Once payments are processed, all sales are final.

Hendersons reserves the right to impose a surcharge retrospectively for any balance arising from the selection of an incorrect delivery zone, or incorrect weight selection. If the customer is in any doubt as to the correct delivery option for their chosen destination then it is their responsibility to consult Hendersons prior to placement of the order.

Hendersons do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct.


All goods remain the property of Hendersons until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

No order which has been accepted by Hendersons may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of Hendersons and in terms that the Customer shall indemnify Hendersons in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by Hendersons as a result of cancellation.

Any breakages in transit MUST be reported in writing (email is acceptable) within 24 hours of delivery, with a full description of the damaged item and photographic evidence, you can choose to have the item replaced or to receive a full refund for the damaged item.
